Affirming therapy for autistic, AuDHD & ADHD clients
Being neurodivergent often means moving through a world that wasn’t designed with your brain in mind. Over time, this can lead to burnout, masking, self-doubt, and a sense of needing to constantly adapt just to keep up.
We provide neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adults and adolescents with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD, helping you understand how your brain works while building systems, relationships, and ways of living that actually support you.
How neurodivergence shows up
Our approach to neurodivergent-affirming therapy
Difficulty with focus, task initiation, or follow-through
Chronic overwhelm or mental fatigue
Burnout from masking or overcompensating
Challenges with organization, time management, or prioritization
Sensory sensitivity or difficulty regulating input
Feeling misunderstood or out of sync in relationships
Cycles of over-functioning followed by shutdown or depression
Internalized shame or self-criticism
Late identification or re-evaluation of identity
Neurodivergence is not something to fix—it is something to understand. Many of the challenges people experience come from the mismatch between how they function and the expectations around them.
Our work focuses on reducing that mismatch. We help you understand your patterns, shift expectations that are not serving you, and build systems and relationships that align with how you naturally think and process.
In our work together, we will:
Understand your neurotype and how it shapes your experience
Identify patterns that contribute to burnout and shutdown
Reduce masking and build more sustainable ways of functioning
Develop practical systems that work for your brain
Navigate communication, relationships, and boundaries
Shift internalized shame toward a more accurate and compassionate self-understanding
We integrate ACT, IFS-informed therapy, and strengths-based approaches grounded in neurodiversity-affirming care.
